The history of GEPS Services

1989

GOAVEC is specialised in design and manufacturing of stainless steel tanks and process installations for use in the following sectors: food; pharmaceuticals; dairy; industrial cooking; water; in France and abroad. In 1989, GOAVEC set up its Customer Service Department to offer after-sales support for all its clients, on existing stainless steel equipment (tanks and process installations), regardless of brand.

1996

GOAVEC along with its Customer Service relinquished its family status to become GOAVEC Engineering (as it is still known today)

2010

GOAVEC Engineering and its Customer Service were integrated in SPLG group, assuring longevity of service within a French group of 400 people.

2013

GOAVEC Engineering Customer Service became GEPS Services under the umbrella of SPLG group.

GEPS Services is now a trademark registered by GOAVEC Engineering in March 2013.

In order to improve their relationship with existing and prospective customers, GEPS Services developed its own sales team, including technical salesman, project engineers, contract manager and technicians. They are all available to answer customer needs.

2015

GEPS Services continued its evolution and autonomy, by moving into new premises in April, offering a more spacious and welcoming area for clients and staff alike.

2016

For first time of its history, GEPS Services participated at CFIA exhibition in March 2016 in Rennes, confirming its job evolution and autonomy, by creating new business from within GEPS Services.

2021

GEPS Services joins HProcess group, which has taken over the holding, in the continuity of SPLG group.

Today, with more than 30 years-experience under their belts, and supported by the new dynamic since 2013, GEPS Services has become one of the leading service providers for existing equipment in stainless steel – tanks and process installations – of all brands.
