Training of Maintenance staff in USA

In September, 2 GEPS Services employees moved to an American dairy, to provide some training to the staff about the maintenance of stirring systems on their crystallization tanks.

This on-site training took place with 2 different groups, from 6 to 8.30 p.m and then from 6 to 8 a.m, in order not to penalise the work schedules  of each team.

The training started with a theoretical part, based on a slide presentation detailing the dismantling steps and video support. It ended with an intervention on tanks, and a “question and answer session” between maintenance staff and GEPS Services technician, who offered his knowledge and on-site expertise.

If you need such a training, do not hesitate to contact us and ask for a quote.

Ideally, we recommend you to schedule a theoretical part and then a practical part, so that your maintenance employees can operate the tank with our technician, this allows them to play an active role in their training.

At last, please be informed that this training course can be attributed to your training budget (approval number to be confirmed in our quote).
